• Camera Access: Used for in-app functionality where required. We do not collect or store any media unless it is a core requirement for the App"s operation.
• Biometric Data: Used for biometric authentication to enhance security. This data is processed solely on your device and is not stored or transferred to our servers.
• Location Data: Used for specific functionality that requires access to your location. This data is used strictly within the App and is not shared with third parties.

No other personal or device-specific information (e.g., MAC address, IMEI) is collected.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly for the following purposes:

• Authentication: To verify your identity and grant access to the App.
• App Functionality: Camera, location, and biometric access are required to provide the core functionality of the App.

We do not collect any data to improve the user experience, perform analytics, or engage in marketing activities.

7. Pre-Approved Users

Only users who have been authorised and pre-approved by an administrator are permitted to activate the App. To activate the App, a valid username and password must be entered. Users who have not been authorised cannot access the App's functionality.

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to delete such information.
